Our ticket office and dock is located at Castaways Watersports Kiosk behind the Penticton Lakeside Resort and Conference Centre.

Parking can get busy during the summer so please allow extra time for this. There is a paid street parking along Lakeshore Drive and paid parking at the hotel. Parking on the street is FREE ON SUNDAYS.
